We started working together 6 years ago quickly becoming a tight-knit team which successfully delivered a range of projects across the Wellington region. With our latest venture, dwell, we combine our wide-ranging skill set into a unique offering for anyone with a multi-unit residential project. We work on each project as a team, each member having a particular area of focus.

 

George, having been a builder and site foreman for over 15 years in Auckland and London, organises and oversees the physical construction of our projects onsite. Coordinating suppliers, subcontractors, consultants and councils George maintains our project timelines and ensures our high-quality standards are maintained.

 

With a keen eye for detail and experience across a range of industries, Rachel is our in-house designer. Working with our clients and architects Rachel scours the market to source the latest interior fit-out items and collates them into a cohesive package unique to each project. Rachel then manages the onsite fit-out ensuring that the design details are not lost in translation & everything looks perfect come move-in day.

 

Having worked in senior roles in the Wellington construction industry for the last 10 years Andrew oversees the project financials from initial feasibility and funding through to procurement and construction. Alongside the financial element, Andrew also looks after the compliance side of the projects working with consultants to obtain and comply with building, resource and subdivision consents.
