Full Build Contract - Fixed Price.

If you have your building consent (or are about to submit it to the council) we are happy to provide you with a full fixed price build contract. We can price everything from demolition works of existing structures right through to hanging the curtains and planting out the gardens.

Cost Management.

Services include:

  • Due Diligence and Feasibility Studies

  • Elemental cost plans and construction estimates

  • Preparing tender and documentation, evaluating tenders from main contractors

  • Value Management

  • Measurement and valuation of all variations

  • Certification of monthly progress claims and final account
